Terms and Conditions – Green Palms Transport
Welcome to Green Palms Transport, your trusted provider of private transfers, guided tours, and seamless travel experiences across Morocco. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-organized journey.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of your full name, flight details (if applicable), pickup time, and accommodation address.
- A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of booking.
- Bookings made less than 24 hours before service are subject to availability.
2. Payment Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- We accept secure online payments via major credit cards and bank transfer.
- Prices listed are final and include all taxes, fuel, driver expenses, and insurance. No hidden fees.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the service (for tours and transfers).
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure: 50% refund.
- No-shows or cancellations on the day of service: No refund.
- In cases of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, road closures), we reserve the right to reschedule or issue a full refund.
4. Flight Delays & Schedule Changes
- Please provide your flight number when booking so we can monitor for delays.
- Our drivers will wait up to 60 minutes after your scheduled arrival time at airports.
- For flights delayed beyond 60 minutes, an additional fee may apply to cover extended waiting time or overnight stays.
5. Transfers & Pickups
- Your driver will meet you outside the arrivals hall at the airport, near the taxi rank, holding a sign with your name.
- For hotel pickups, the driver will wait in the lobby or at the main entrance at the agreed time.
- Due to security regulations, drivers cannot enter restricted airport zones.
6. Itinerary & Program Flexibility
- The tour program follows the itinerary provided but may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Optional activities (e.g., Cape Spartel €3, Caves of Hercules €6) are not included in the base price and are payable locally.
- “Car at disposal” days allow free exploration within the local area; long-distance travel may incur extra charges.
7. Luggage & Passenger Limits
- Each passenger is allowed one medium-sized suitcase and one carry-on bag.
- Excess luggage may require a larger vehicle (additional cost applies).
- Maximum passenger capacity per vehicle is strictly enforced for safety and comfort.
8. Conduct & Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for their personal belongings, travel documents, and health insurance.
- We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the tour.
- Misbehavior, intoxication, or refusal to follow driver instructions may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
9. Health & Safety
- All vehicles are regularly maintained, fully insured, and equipped with safety features.
- Seat belts must be worn at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
- Travelers with special medical needs or mobility issues should inform us in advance to ensure proper accommodations.
10. Privacy Policy
- Your personal information (name, contact details, flight data) is used solely for booking coordination and service delivery.
- We do not share your data with third parties without consent.
- You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time.
11. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes will be resolved amicably through direct communication or mediation.
